They are selling duplicate Ticketmaster tickets, where only the first buyer gains entry, leaving others with invalid tickets. Additionally, scammers are creating sophisticated fake websites that mimic legitimate ticketing distributors such as AXS and Paris La Défense Arena. These fake sites aim to trick fans into purchasing non-existent or invalid tickets. Group-IB warns that scammers are using increasingly personal tactics, including voice messages, to build trust. Fans are strongly advised to purchase tickets exclusively from official distributors and to exercise extreme caution with resellers, ideally verifying physical tickets in person.
