A critical type confusion vulnerability (CVE-2026-12390, CVSS 7.8) in AzeoTech DAQFactory allows arbitrary code execution when an attacker uploads a malicious .ctl file. All versions up to and including 21.1 are affected. No fixed version is provided; immediate mitigations include avoiding untrusted .ctl files, storing such files in admin-only directories, and operating in "Safe Mode."
